Safety
Safety comes first at Heart of America Shows. When parents bring their families to the carnival, their primary concern is the safety of their kids. We agree. Heart of America Shows prides itself on providing the safest, friendliest, and most comfortable carnival experience possible. We are a family-owned and operated carnival; generations of our children have ridden the rides along with yours, so you can rest assured that safety is our top priority. Each ride is inspected every day and every week by our trained supervisors. Additionally each ride is inspected many times a year by various local, state, and third-party inspectors.
Our staff of qualified inspectors, managers and ride operators are fully trained to inspect the equipment before opening each day. In addition, all equipment is inspected during construction and dismantling and we follow diligently all procedures as mandated by ride manufacturers. Even more, we are inspected by local, state, and third-parties throughout the season to ensure that all of our equipment is in top shape and safe.

It is our top priority
It is important to remember that it takes everyone to keep you safe. Safety experts estimate that approximately 80% of the incidents that occur on carnival equipment are the result of riders not following safety guidelines. Rocking ride seats, sticking your hands out of the car or throwing objects are all examples of behaviors that can result in injury. It is important that each customer understand and obey the posted rules for each ride. Those rules can be found on signs in front of each, which hang at every entrance. You can also help by reporting any violation of these rules to the ride operator as soon as you observe the behavior.
